On 25 July 2025, GKSS KZN proudly hosted its second Virtual Code Clinic, themed “Future.Hacked: Start-Ups Meet Tech.” The session was designed specifically for students and young professionals interested in launching tech businesses, exploring the advantages, challenges, and opportunities within the technology entrepreneurship space.

The event provided a platform for techpreneurs to share their journeys, offering practical insights, real-world experiences, and motivation to help attendees navigate the startup landscape. Speakers discussed the steps involved in building and scaling tech ventures, highlighting lessons learned and providing actionable strategies for aspiring tech entrepreneurs. One of the speakers shared this inspiring advice: “It is always okay to start and fall, as long as you get up stronger. Every journey has its own challenges.”  Such words resonated deeply with attendees, reinforcing the mindset needed to succeed in tech entrepreneurship.

The session reflected GKSS KZN’s commitment to reaching students across multiple institutions and providing meaningful opportunities for professional development.

This event highlights the importance of creating spaces where aspiring tech entrepreneurs can learn, connect, and be inspired.
